CJ Bella Parlor – Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping & Processing:
At CJ Bella Parlor, we prioritize fast and efficient order fulfillment. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and pick up process:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase.
- Orders placed after GMT+9 will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days (after processing).
- Rush Order: Email us prior to ordering.
- Important Note: Processing time does not count towards shipping time.
- All orders are shipped via Yamato Transport and you are responsible for paying for shipping and packaging upon delivery and will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
Pick Up Policy:
- All pick-ups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Once your order is ready, you will receive a message confirming the available time slots.
- Pick-Up Hours: Pick-ups are available during business hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday) unless otherwise arranged.
- Order Confirmation: Orders must be paid in full prior to pick-up. Unpaid orders will not be released.
- Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for pick-ups. If you’re running late, please contact us immediately to reschedule.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive without notice, your order may be rescheduled for a later date. Repeat no-shows may result in cancellation and you will receive a refund.
- Contact for Adjustments: If you need a different pick-up time, please message us directly to coordinate alternative arrangements.
Returns Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please carefully review each product description before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The item must be in brand-new condition (unworn, unbrushed, unwashed, and untampered).
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once your return is thoroughly inspected and approved, we will process an exchange for in-stock products only.
